Please note that as of May 2019, we can no longer accept credit card payments online, but can still process credit cards in person at the studio!


power flow

This is a powerful and energetic flow designed for intermediate yoga practitioners. Taught at a moderate pace, this vinyasa flow class builds strength, improves flexibility, and encourages mental focus.

slow flow

This class combines active breathing with meditative movements. Taught at a medium pace, students enjoy a variety of postures linked with mindful breath and modifiable strength poses.
